Frizzante – the sparkling tempation
Fine Prosecco plays a major role in the assortment of Vintalia. In the first place, the name “Prosecco” is a label for a certain vine variety. These grapes have their home in the hills of the Italian Veneto where they grow like nowhere else in the world. Prosecco can be a still wine, but also a Frizzante or Spumante. Frizzante should be cooled to 6-8°C before savouring. It is only then when it develops its very special fresh and fruity taste due to the second fermentation – the flavor of the Macedonia di frutta, the Italian fruit salad.
